一、申请方式

1．个人申请（将申请文件递交专利局或地方代办处，并缴纳相关费用）：一般申请专利，首先需要自己撰写文本。

2．委托专利代理机构申请。

二、受理机构

专利法 规定：中华人民共和国专利局 (现更名为国家知识产权局，下同)受理和审查专利申请，对符合法律规定的发明创造授予专利权。

国家知识产权局是我国专利主管部门，也是唯一依法有权接收专利申请的受理机关。申请人 申请专利 时，应当将申请文件直接提交给知识产权局 (以简称专利局)。

二、Accepting agency

三、专利申请受理条件

1、专利申请人适格，即申请人具有住哪里申请资格与能力；

2、具有齐备、符合规定的申请材料，写明申请人姓名或者名称及其地址；

3、受理国内单位或者个人面交或寄交的发明、实用新型、外观设计三种专利申请文件；

4、申请文件是使用中文打字或者印刷的。

备注：对符合受理条件的申请，受理程序的结束时专利局发出受理通知书和费用缴纳通知书。

三、patent application acceptance conditions
