根據《中華人民共和國合同法》，在互惠互利、友好合作的前提下，簽訂此合同。

二、品質要求與技術指標

供方需按需方要求提供產品，若產品不合格，由供方承擔經濟損失，關於品質方面的疑義，需在貨送至5日內提出，逾期不承擔責任。

The Supplier shall provide the product as required by the Buyer. If the product is unqualified, the Supplier shall bear the economic loss. Disputes about the quality shall be raised within 5 days after the delivery and shall not bear the responsibility within the time limit.

三、交貨方式

由供方承擔運費，送貨至需方倉庫。

The Supplier shall bear the freight rate and deliver it to the Buyers warehouse.

四、驗收方式

需方當面點清數量，填寫收貨單，數量有疑義需當面提出，逾期不負責任。

Acceptance method

The Buyer shall clear the quantity face to face and fill in the receipt. If the quantity is raised in doubt, it shall not be responsible for the delay.

五、付款期限

此訂單為先付款後發貨，需方在15日內付清貨款。

Payment Period

This order is paid payment and the Buyer within 15 days.

六、違約責任

需方必須按規定付款，否則供方可以選擇不發貨，供方收到貨款，需按時間發貨，逾期支付貨款3%的違約金，若需方先收貨而未能支付全部款項，及時貨物已驗收入庫，其歸屬權仍歸於供方所有。
