In 2021, Yunde Law Firm was awarded as the National Excellent law firm by the Ministry of Justice. In the same year, yunde Law Firm undertook the “Supply-demand Matching Employment Education Project” of the Ministry of Education, and established targeted talent training and employment practice bases in University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, China University of Political Science and Law and other universities. Yunde Law Firm was established in August 2010 in Xi an, Shaanxi Province. 【授薪律师】
岗位要求：
1. 学历本科及以上，至少有一个法律相关学位；
2. 持有律师执业证或已通过律协考核即将取得执业证；
3. 拥有律所、大型集团公司法务等部门工作经验者优先；
4.法律功底扎实，分析、应变、解决法律问题的能力良好，文书写作能力和口头表达能力较强，能够独立承办案件；
5.工作认真仔细，责任心强，形象气质好，具备较好的沟通协调能力，有志于长期从事律师工作。

【Salaried lawyer】
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above,at least one law related degree;
2. Hold a lawyers practice license or have passed the examination of the law Association and will soon obtain a practicing license;
3. Legal experience in law firm or large group company is preferred;
4. Solid legal foundation,good ability to analyze,adapt to and solve legal problems,strong writing ability and oral expression ability,able to independently handle cases;
5. Earnest and careful work,strong sense of responsibility,good image and temperament,good communication and coordination skills,willing to work as a lawyer for a long time.

【提成律师】
1.持有律师执业证，未因律师执业行为受过行政处罚和行业处分，严格遵守律师执业纪律和职业道德；
2.具有一定案源及独立办案能力；

【Commission Lawyer】
1.Hold a lawyers practice license,have not received any administrative punishment or industrial sanction due to lawyers practice behavior,and strictly abide by lawyers practice discipline and professional ethics;
2.Have certain case sources and ability to handle cases independently;
3. Have team spirit,recognize the philosophy of the institute,willing to abide by the rules and regulations of the institute.

【实习律师】
岗位要求：
1.全日制本科以上学历，民商法、经济法或者知识产权法专业优先，通过法律职业资格考试，具有良好的法学专业功底及教育背景；
2.工作踏实、积极主动、有责任感、执行力强；
3.较强的逻辑思维能力，良好的沟通协调能力、研究能力和学习能力，优秀的法律文书写作能力及表达能力；
4.热爱律师职业，且有志于长期从事法律职业。
薪资待遇：
1.4000元-6000元起/月
2提成（案件案源的20%）、绩效奖金
3.试用期三个月，缴纳五险一金，通话补助、餐补等。
【Trainee lawyer】
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above,majored in civil and commercial law,economic law or intellectual property law is preferred,passed the legal professional qualification examination,have good legal professional skills and education background;
2. Practical,proactive,responsible and strong executive ability;
3. Strong logical thinking ability,good communication and coordination ability,research ability and learning ability,excellent legal writing ability and expression ability;
4. Passionate about the profession of law,and willing to engage in the legal profession for a long time.
Salary:
1.From 1.4000 yuan to 6000 yuan/month
2.Commission (20% of case source),performance bonus

【行政专员】
岗位要求：
1.专科以上学历;
2.品行端正、身体健康，具有较强责任心;
3.有较强的语言表达能力、文字工作能力、整理档案能力，沟通协调能力；
4.能熟练操作电脑,熟练使用办公软件，具有相关工作经验优先。
薪资待遇：
1.薪资4000-6000/月——8000-12000/月

岗位要求：
1.负责执行律所的销售策略，与律所其他部门协调，配合销售；
2.负责律所与企业客户的前期商务沟通，帮助客户明确需求，解答客户问题；
3.协助销售负责人完成项目前期谈判、商务沟通和销售任务；
4.协助律所项目招投标、售前支持等相关事务性工作；
5.协助律所维护与行业大客户的长期合作伙伴关系；
6.律所安排的其他工作。

Job Requirements:
1. Responsible for implementing the sales strategy of the law firm,coordinating with other departments of the law firm to cooperate with sales;
2. Responsible for the early business communication between the law firm and corporate customers,helping customers to clarify their needs and answering their questions;
3. Assist the sales director to complete the pre-project negotiation,business communication and sales tasks;
4. Assist the law firm in project bidding,pre-sales support and other related affairs;
5. Assist the law firm to maintain long-term partnership with key customers in the industry;
6. Other work assigned by the law firm.
