Q

ALB：在婚姻家事业务领域深耕多年，家理律师事务所的团队有何优势？

易律师：优势主要体现在两个方面：首先，家理从2016年开始就专注在婚姻家事领域，对业务有着相当高的专注度，再加上每位律师办案经验的加持，团队的专业服务也在稳步、持续地加强。同时，作为一家一体化、公司化的律所，律师团队之间善于协作，使得每位客户能够得到三到四位律师的精心服务，优化服务体验。第二，我们的团队不仅提供法律服务，还能为客户提供心理咨询。婚姻家事业务的特别之处在于，既要讲法理，也要讲情理。我们的客户有时会产生心理、情感的咨询需求，而我们的团队也能从这两方面更好地满足客户。

ALB：在律所管理方面，家理有何特色？采取了怎样的运营模式？体现出怎样的律所文化？

易律师：运营模式的特点主要体现在五个方面：

1）律师与非律师的合作。家理的核心合伙人既有律师，也有非律师。两者强强联手，共同组成运营机制上齿轮转动必不可少的一环。

2）“互联网加法律”的思维模式。我们的创始合伙人中有三位此前都从事互联网法律培训平台或法律媒体方面的工作，他们极具互联网思维，注重客户体验，并擅长以互联网为基础的品牌营销。

3）大中台的运营模式。在这种模式下，从前端的市场运营到后端的案件办理，各团队能各司其职，术业有专攻，达到相辅相成、默契配合的效果。

4）法律加心理的服务模式。正如上面所说，在婚姻家事领域，客户需求是多元的。我们的心理咨询团队不仅面向客户，还会帮助律师进行情绪疏导，使其以更好的状态投入到工作中。

5）数据化、系统化的管理。家理注重律所信息化、智能化、数字化建设，自律所成立之初就开发了“阿拉丁”系统，将案件、当事人、律师、律所运营等相关信息沉淀其中。通过这样的方式，我们大到律所未来发展方向，小到某个季度的财务成本，都能实现有数据可依，这样有利于决策制定与实行。

从这些“家理特色”中，不难看出我们的专业、协作、开放的文化与价值观，此外，我们还有一项非常重要的价值观：爱心。婚姻家事的业务赋予了我们更深层的同理心，我们为客户提供免费的咨询服务，并积极参与公益活动，包括反家庭暴力、反女童性侵的“护蕾行动”、援藏活动等。

ALB：未来三到五年，家理有着怎样的发展规划？

易律师：我相信，律所的发展必然要走向规模化，才能提高竞争力。未来三到五年，家理会继续深入规模化发展。我们的运营模式具有高度的可复制性，有助于实现全国布局，在规模化发展的道路上越走越远。目前我们初步计划将在深圳、上海、重庆、西安以直营的模式开设分所。此外，在专注于婚姻家事领域法律服务的基础上，我们还将拓展出更丰富多元的服务，包括心理辅导、情感咨询、家庭财富传承、婚前教育、危机婚姻的干预等，致力于打造泛家事生态化发展。

Q

ALB：With years of experience in marriage and family affairs, what are the strengths of Jiali’s legal team？

Yi: Our strength lies in two aspects. First, we have been focusing on marriage and family matters since 2016, so it is our main area of practice. Our lawyers are also constantly accumulating experience from handling these cases, which in turn improves our professional service continuously. Meanwhile, Jiali is an integrated and well-organized law firm, so the teams coordinate and cooperate efficiently. This enables us to optimize our service to assign three or four lawyers to each of our clients. Second, our team not only provides our clients with legal services but also psychological counseling. The special quality of family lawyers is that they are objective but also empathetic. Our clients sometimes need emotional support, and our team can provide professional and empathetic legal services.

ALB：What is special about Jiali’s management? What are the firm’s operating model and culture？

Yi: There are five unique features to our operating model:

1) Cooperation between lawyers and non-lawyers. Jiali’s core partners include both lawyers and non-lawyers, who work in concert to become an integral part of our operations.

2) A mindset for tech-enabled legal services. Three of our founding partners have career experience at online legal training platforms or legal media, which gives them a techsavvy mindset. They keep user experience in mind and are good at digital marketing.

3) Coordinated operations. Under this model, the marketing and administrative functions of the front office and the legal functions of the back office work within their competencies and coordinate with each other.

4) Legal and psychological services. In marriage and family matters, clients have different needs. Our mental health care team not only serves our clients but also our lawyers to help them achieve positive mental wellbeing for better work performance.

5) Data-based and systematic management. Jiali is dedicated to adopting smart tools and going digital. We invented the “Aladdin” system upon our establishment. Aladdin processes information about our cases, clients, lawyers and operations. We can rely on data to make better-informed decisions about matters that can be as big as the direction of our future development, or as small as a quarterly budget.

These features demonstrate our culture and values that emphasize professionalism, collaboration, and inclusiveness. We also emphasize compassion. Working with the marriage and family matters has given us a strong sense of empathy. We offer free counselling services to our clients and participate in charity events that advocate against domestic violence and child sexual abuse.

ALB：What are your development plans for the next three to five years?

Yi: I believe law firms must scale up to stay competitive. In the next three to five years, Jiali will continue to grow in size. We can apply our replicable operating model to branches across the country to help us further expand in size and number. Currently, our initial plan is to open branches in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Chongqing, and Xi’an that will be under our direct management. In addition, we plan to diversify our services by using our experience in marriage and family matters to provide services in related areas such as psychological counselling, relationship counselling, succession planning, premarital education, and crisis intervention, with an aim to provide comprehensive services that cater to every aspect of family requirements.
